Great location. Walking distance from very good restaurants. Also walking distance from the Galeria Mall in Toluca. Simply walk over the pedestrian bridge and the mall is directly across from the Fiesta Inn. Breakfast at Fiesta Inn has a buffet with great options and omelettes made to order. Service is great and staff throughout the hotel is friendly and will always greet you with a smile. Rooms are quiet and beds/pillows are comfortable for a good night's rest. If you like coffee you will love staying here, because there is a Nestlé plant nearby that roasts their coffee beans nightly and it releases the aroma of coffee in the air.
The service is great, the restaurant serves some authentic Mexican dishes like tacos and soupes. It has a good breakfast buffet as well. The decor is nice but the room is a little basic. I didn't like the shower head and the design of the bathroom is such that the door doesn't open all the way. Despite that, this place is a good value if you're staying in Toluca which is an hour outside of Mexico City
All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily (which is now rare in the U.S.). They were flexible with my checkout as I was beat after my marathon and need a slight extension. The only reason this isn’t 5 star is the bed was super form for me, but some people like that. Al the channels were in Spanish, obviously, but their TV was super easy to cast to, so, I could stream Netflix from my phone.
Pleasant and clam..near to new shopping mall Liverpool.. Hotel has a indoor decent size pool with temperature maintain and gym for fitness...and a small garden with fountain... All in all good for family fun business trips for 3-7days.
I travel pretty often for work and I fully recommended this place. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant is nothing but amazing! The employees are super respectful, friendly and attentive. The rooms and the amenities are also really nice, make you feel as you were in home.
Decent small town hotel which delivers what it promises. Rooms are quite big. Only downside, breakfast menu has comparatively limited options specially if you are vegetarian
The Hotel has a very nice service. People is gently and it has a lot of services: swimming pool, gym and Internet for free, of course in addition to the typical restaurant service. Rooms are quite comfortable. Why not 5/5? The bathtub did't work, the stopper was wrecked.
Beautiful hotel, clean, and well maintained. Lots of Mexican character. The staff were friendly and professional. Restaurant was nice and the food was excellent. Bar was very nice. The only negative was the smell in the morning. It was not the hotel's fault. The city smells gassy in the morning.
